I smiled and answered, "Why does anyone need a fitness trainer? Can't they buy a workout tape and follow along?"

My friend laughed, nodding, "Yea, I see what you mean. My personal trainer keeps me focused, holding me accountable for staying in shape."

Exactly. Focus and accountability are just two of the reasons for using a Life Coach. There's many more, yet only by experiencing it for yourself, can you truly understand and appreciate the realizations.

Let's talk about Life Coaching and how you can get started.

First off, I do not offer coaching packages. Each client benefits from a tailor made program designed to work just for them. I do not offer less to some and more to others.

When you work with me, you get me as your coach. You get Forward Focus Coaching 100%. My goal is to see you reach YOUR goals and I will do everything in my power, as your coach, to see you attain them.

How much does it cost?

I charge $150.00 per session

A typical coaching contract would be 3 sessions per month for a six month period of time. I do not charge for emails, success calls, laser sessions or anything like that. You pay for the sessions and get me as your coach, completely, for the span of time we're contracted.

That being said, every client has different needs and what's typical for one might not be for another. We'll discover that during your first session.
